By entering into relationship with Sign Pro Ads, the client agrees to the following terms:

• If you have selected a monthly subscription plan, you will be charged monthly. Your monthly billing cycle begins on the day you pay your invoice and recurs every month on that day.

• If you have selected a yearly subscription plan, you will be charged annually. Your annual billing cycle begins on the day you pay your invoice and recurs every year on that day.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted to contact@signproads.com. To avoid being charged, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to your next billing cycle. We are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made after your account has been charged. Your ad will continue to run for the remainder of the billing cycle following cancellation.

• Termination Notice: Sign Pro Ads reserves the right to terminate the relationship with the client for any reason. Sign Pro Ads will notify the client via email and cancel any billing cycle belonging to the client within 5 business days of notification.
